Service Breakdown: What’s Inside?
We believe in total transparency. Here is exactly what you get when our pros walk through the door, and what stays off the list.
- Included: * The Porcelain Polish: Scrubbing of the toilet bowl (inside and out), rim, and base.
- Tile & Grout Care: Scrubbing wall tiles and floor tiles to remove soap scum and mild mildew.
- Fixtures & Fittings: Scrubbing and disinfecting sinks and taps.
- The Glass Glow: Cleaning and streak-free wiping of mirrors and glass shower partitions.
- Surface Disinfection: Sanitizing the washbasin, vanity top, and cupboard exteriors.
- Drain Check: Surface cleaning of drain covers and removal of visible hair clogs.
- Excluded:
- Deep Stain Removal: We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent rust stains or deep-set grout discoloration that requires regrouting, no grout scrubbing, descaling, or mold removal (covered under Deep Clean service).
- Ceiling & exhaust fan Cleaning: We do not clean ceilings and exhaust fans due to safety/ladder risks.
- Inside Cabinets: We do not clean the inside of vanity drawers or medicine cabinets.
The "Clear Rules" of Engagement
To ensure the best results, please note our service boundaries:
- Safety First: Our cleaners do not move heavy appliances or furniture.
- Biohazards: We do not handle extreme biohazard situations (e.g., significant mold infestations or sewage backups) that require specialized restoration permits.
- Utility Access: The customer must provide access to running hot/cold water and functional electricity.
What We Need (Customer Checklist)
