Cooking Services (On-Demand)
Service Duration: 1 Hour (per visit)
Service will be charged as per standard portion size of an adult person. A balanced meal consists of 50% grains (3-4 rotis or 1 cup rice), 35% protein/veg (1 bowl dal, 1 bowl sabzi), and 15% extras (salad, curd)
Key Components for a Single Meal (Lunch/Dinner):
• Grains (Cereals/Millets): 1-2 medium rotis or 1 small bowl (approx. 100g) of cooked rice.
• Protein (Dal/Legumes/Non-veg): 1 bowl (75-100g) of cooked dal, rajma, chole, or 50g-75g of cooked meat/fish.
• Vegetables (Sabzi/Curry): 1 small bowl (75-100g) of cooked green vegetables or dry sabzi.
• Sides/Accompaniments: 1 small bowl (50-100g) of curd or 1 cup salad (raw veggies).
• Fats: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10g) of oil/ghee for cooking or on roti.

Customer to Provide:
- Ingredients (vegetables, grains, spices, oils, etc.)
- Cooking utensils (pots, pans, ladles, knives, cutting board)
- Gas stove/induction cooktop
- Plates and serving dishes
- Storage containers for cooked food
